The occult is real! Witchcraft and Satanism do exist and are being practiced on a regular basis in our modern society. There is an “Underworld” where the forces of Evil reside. HELL is an actual place and the DEVIL is likewise a real and tangible evil being that manipulates and corrupts our world today. HE NEVER WENT INTO RETIREMENT! Why do many “religious” people choose to ignore these FACTS? They believe in a GOD (and even angels) yet they refuse to acknowledge the existence of things from the “darker” side of the spirit realm.

Over the last quarter century or so, “New Age” interpretations of spirituality, Neo-paganism and practices in the occult itself, have moved into a position of prominence in the mainstream of America. They may be found scattered throughout our pop-culture in magazines, TV programs, movies, and various other aspects of daily life. Movies, books, magazines and even full encyclopedias of the supernatural have abounded, as well as a host of businesses that market and sell the same. Entire bookstores devoted specifically to Paganism and the occult have become quite common. There are “psychic friend” hotlines and numerous methods in which people may contact their “spirit guides” for friendly advice or consultation on important life issues. Even our Universities and other institutions of higher learning regularly offer courses on the occult and witchcraft (usually of the so-called “white” variety). A myriad of Eastern religions and other mystical “new age” belief systems have received an overwhelmingly welcomed response while they invade North America. They have been embraced with open arms by the populace in general, being fueled by an esoteric culture which inconspicuously induces our communities to participate in spiritualism and pagan rituals, unbeknownst to most.
“Let no one deceive you with empty words, for because of these things the wrath of God comes upon the sons of disobedience. Therefore do not be partakers with them.” (Ephesians 5:6-7 NKJ)
Observers of pagan belief systems, practitioners of witchcraft and even widespread Satanic groups now operate freely in our society. They perform black masses, magical ceremonies and encourage other occult practices. There is nothing new about the existence of these elements as they have been here since the dawn of creation. They have merely been forgotten by most people and are more carefully concealed to the rest.
“So the great dragon was cast out, that serpent of old, called the Devil and Satan, who deceives the whole world; he was cast to the earth, and his angels were cast out with him.” (Revelation 12:9 NKJ)
Christian families and all those who believe in the virtuous values of life, should fully educate themselves on these facts. The occult has been carefully disguised through watered-down customs, revamped traditions and a revolving variety of pop-culture trends. These elements are especially dangerous for young people where the use of magic is encouraged, because it promotes a curiosity into ‘Esoterism‘. This fosters a mentality which seeks to subvert conventional religion. It attacks our core spiritual values through an initiation into occult-based arts and imagery.
“Beware of false prophets, who come to you in sheep’s clothing, but inwardly they are ravenous wolves. You will know them by their fruits.” (Matthew 7:15-16 NKJ
Many people (especially in our more modern and technological world) have either simply forgotten about the origins of our cultural customs and the aspects of paganism that they represent, or have never been properly informed about these things to begin with. It should also be mentioned that many “modern” and educated people just deny the existence of the supernatural, the spirit realm, or things of a more mystical and mythological nature all together to begin with. The traditions found in many of our holidays have extensive histories that are unfortunately rooted in pagan origins. Halloween is an excellent example of this, while the practices that surround church festivals such as Easter and Christmas are not excluded from having these same connections.
“Let no one deceive himself. If anyone among you seems to be wise in this age, let him become a fool that he may become wise. For the wisdom of this world is foolishness with God. For it is written, “He catches the wise in their own craftiness…” (1 Corinthians 3:18-19 NKJ)
The fact is however, that this is just one more of the many ways that the enemy (the Devil) builds his shroud of deceit and deception over the world. It is in our disbelieving that things of this nature can even exist. The apathy that many people have taken is alarming in regard to what we tend to tolerate and allow as “innocent” and “acceptable” practices today.
TO THE FIRST PART OF THE MASTER DECEPTION THAT IS BEING PERPETRATED BY THE LORD GOD’S ADVERSARY.
“Dear friends, although I was very eager to write to you about the salvation we share, I felt I had to write and urge you to contend for the faith that was once for all entrusted to the saints. For certain men whose condemnation WAS WRITTEN ABOUT LONG AGO have secretly slipped in among you. They are godless men, who change the grace of our God into a license for immorality and deny Jesus Christ our only Sovereign and Lord.” (Jude 1:3-4 NIV)
By allowing the levels of tolerance to rise and the overall morality of society to decline, we then become just as negligent of the crime as the ones who actually perpetrate it.
“When an unclean spirit goes out of a man, he goes through dry places, seeking rest, and finds none. Then he says, ‘I will return to my house from which I came.’ And when he comes, he finds it empty, swept, and put in order. Then he goes and takes with him seven other spirits more wicked than himself, and they enter and dwell there; and the last state of that man is worse than the first. SO SHALL IT ALSO BE WITH THIS WICKED GENERATION.” (Matthew 12:43-45 NKJ)
The current state of our world today along with the moral decline of society in general, which includes the overall growth of interest in the supernatural and the occult, were actually foretold in Biblical prophecy thousands of years ago!
“Do not be unequally yoked together with unbelievers. For what fellowship has righteousness with lawlessness? And what communion has light with darkness?” (2 Corinthians 6:14 NKJ)
What is the Occult Anyway?
The word ‘occult‘ comes from the Latin word ‘occultus’ (meaning: clandestine, hidden, secret), and refers to “knowledge of the hidden”, as opposed to an actual “cult” by definition, which in current popular usage usually refers to a group whose beliefs or practices are considered abnormal or bizarre in comparison to the mainstream. Typically within Christian religious circles, a “cult” would be considered a group whose beliefs are more heretical and/or extremist in nature.
The term ‘occult’ otherwise has many uses in the English language, popularly meaning “knowledge of the paranormal”, as opposed to “knowledge of the measurable” (as in science). The term is also popularly taken to mean “knowledge meant only for certain people” or “knowledge that must be kept hidden”. For most practicing occultists it is simply the study of a deeper spiritual reality that extends beyond pure reason and the physical sciences. The terms ‘esoteric‘ and ‘arcane’ can have a very similar meaning, and the three terms are often interchangeable.
A Rise in Pagan-like Festivals and Occult Practices
“Now the Spirit expressly says THAT IN LATTER TIMES some will depart from the faith, giving heed to deceiving spirits and doctrines of demons, speaking lies in hypocrisy, having their own conscience seared with a hot iron…” (1 Timothy 4:1-2 NKJ)
When America and other parts of the world celebrate the ‘Festival of Samhain‘ (Halloween) by masquerading as evil creatures, decorating their homes, schools, businesses and churches with occult symbols, then only one purpose is the served in the glorification of the powers of darkness and the Devil Satan. While many of us may have participated in “all the fun” in the past (or are still doing so), you can be assured that Halloween is serious business for those who actually practice witchcraft in real life.
Those who oppose Christ (i.e. Occult practitioners and Satanists) are known to organize in “black” festivals or on special days like Halloween. They partake in various rituals for casting spells, engage in diabolic practices to place curses on churches and families, they perform sacrilegious acts, summon demonic beings to execute specific tasks, and even offer blood sacrifices to the Devil.
Many years ago, C.S. Lewis wrote that one of Satan’s most deceptive tactics is to convince people that he doesn’t exist. Apparently he has done a good job in his deception. Sadly, many people think of the devil as no more than a symbol of evil: like Santa Claus, he is just a fictional symbol. Many people today also do not think of witches as real people who practice magic, but simply as imaginary figures who represent the supernatural world and everything that is “spooky”.
“Light has come into the world, but men loved darkness instead of light because their deeds were evil. Everyone who does evil hates the light, and will not come into the light for fear that his deeds will be exposed.” (John 3:19-20 NKJ)
In recent years there has been a substantial increase in people’s interest for witchcraft and other occult practices. Note the following quote from Josh McDowell & Don Stewart’s book on the subject (‘The Occult: The Authority of the Believer over the Powers of Darkness‘; Scripture Press, Amersham-on-the-Hill; Bucks, England; 1992, p.17):
“We live in a day when occult activity is rapidly increasing. The Gallop Polls that have gained so much notoriety as a fair sampling of social trends in America provided interesting statistics about the occult from a June 1990 poll. The same questions were asked from an earlier poll (1978) and showed a rise of interest in the occult over the twelve-year span. Based on the survey results only 7 percent deny believing in any of the eighteen paranormal phenomena. Belief in the devil rose from 39 percent in 1978 to 55 percent in 1990. Deja vu was formerly the experience of 30 percent of those polled. It rose to 55 percent in the recent study. Clairvoyance had a slight increase of 2 percent, while ESP decreased by the same. Astrology was off by 4 percent in the new poll, but belief in ghosts jumped from 11 percent in 1978 to 25 percent in 1990, and belief in witches climbed from 10 percent to 14 percent.”
It is estimated that there are over 200,000 practicing witches in the United States and there are approximately 10 million people involved in the occult. Literally millions of Americans dabble in some form of the occult, psychic phenomena, spiritism, demonology and black magic. Statistics show that occult book sales have doubled in the last four years. The Occult today is no longer the stuff of small underground cults. The tremendous growth that has occurred in occult practices in America has also occurred in Europe and Australia.
“But evil men and impostors will grow worse and worse, deceiving and being deceived.” (2 Timothy 3:13 NKJ)
We are all accountable for our decisions and this is reflected in the customs and practices that we observe.
The choice is up to you.

The WORLDVIEW on OCCULT-BASED RELIGIONS
Since the later half of the twentieth century, paganism and occult-based religions started to emerge publicly within the scope of religious freedom as guaranteed by the U.S. Constitution. Over the last quarter century these more unique practices in spirituality have moved into a prominent position in the mainstream of America and are now freely and openly practiced just like any other religion.
The following descriptions are what the common secular “worldview” perspective is on these forms of spiritual belief. It is how they individually promote and present themselves to the general public as to dispel any negativity or to disassociate their practices with the historical “myths” and implications that are typically believed about them.
“And the LORD said to Satan, ‘From where do you come?‘ So Satan answered the LORD and said, ‘From going to and fro on the earth, and from walking back and forth on it.’” (Job 1:7 NKJ)
SATANISM

Satanism is a group of religions that are composed of a diverse number of ideological and philosophical beliefs and social phenomena. Their shared feature include a symbolic association with and admiration for the character of ‘Satan’ or similar rebellious (“fallen angels”) characters from historical scripture and mythology. Generally, those practitioners who believe in the Judaeo-Christian concept of Satan are also linked into the belief system of today’s Judaeo-Christian religions, as they believe in the same theology presented by the Bible.
Anton LaVey, founder of ‘The Church of Satan’ in the United States and author of ‘The Satanic Bible’, helped popularize Satanism in the U.S. throughout the 1960s. Many Satanic groups attest that their worship does not necessarily imply evil intentions, but rather an alternative to the repressive morality of many other religions. For example, such groups see no harm for their indulgence in “worldly pleasures” that other religions would typically forbid as being “sinful” in nature.
Satanism maintains ties with the occult, alchemy, witchcraft and magick. The Satanic Bible is for the understanding of fundamental mechanics in Satanic ritual practice and the modern philosophy of Satanism, whereas its companion text ‘The Satanic Rituals’, reveals the method for practicing it’s teachings. Other liturgical texts are used by people from this genre of beliefs such as ‘Liber AL vel Legis’, the sacred text of ‘Thelema’, by Aleister Crowley, written in 1904. This is commonly known as ‘The Book of the Law’, which according to their “church”, the repeated study of this book is forbidden. It is wise to destroy an individual copy after the first reading and whosoever disregards this, does so at their own risk and peril.
The worship of Satan and/or other deities of a more diabolic nature have a history that extends back to the most ancient of times and they may be called by many names (Asmodeus, Ba’al, Beelzebub, Bel, Belial, etc.). The information above pertains more so to the modern-day representation of these practices. The universally understood symbol for Satanism is of course the inverted pentagram (5-pointed star) and goat’s head (Daniel 8; Matthew 25:32-33), as well as an inverted (upside-down cross), but many other variants are also commonly used by the different sects.
“The coming of the lawless one is according to the working of Satan, with all power, signs, and lying wonders, 10 and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the love of the truth, that they might be saved. And for this reason God will send them strong delusion, that they should believe the lie, that they all may be condemned who did not believe the truth but had pleasure in unrighteousness.” (2 Thessalonians 2:9-10 NKJ)
LUCIFERIANISM

Luciferianism can be understood best as a belief system or intellectual creed that venerates the essential and inherent characteristics that are more commonly given to and specifically affixed to the personality of ‘Lucifer’. Luciferianism is often identified as an auxiliary creed or movement of Satanism, due to the common identification of Lucifer with Satan.
Some Luciferians accept this connection but still consider Lucifer separately as being the “illuminated” aspect of Satan (i.e. the ‘Illuminati’). Otherwise they consider Lucifer as being the “light bearer”, synonymous with Venus, the “star of the morning” (Isaiah 14:9-14) and “bringer of knowledge”.
Most practitioners give the argument that the original personage of Lucifer (otherwise generally referring to the “Devil” or ‘Satan’ before being cast from Heaven) is actually the “light-bearer” (from the words “lucem ferre”), as the “Archangel of Light”, who originally brought knowledge to mankind (i.e. the ‘Tree of Knowledge’ in the ‘Garden of Eden’) and has ever since been attempting to help humans of the world find and develop “true enlightenment”. This personification is not depicted as an “evil” being, but more so as strictly “neutral” (or a more positive ideal than ‘Satan’), but because of disobeying the Word of God, he was thus cast out of the Heavenly realm. Lucifer is acknowledged in these circles as the “Lord of the Air” while having been also named the “Bringer of Light” and the “Morning Star”, as such to convey his purpose in delivering intellectualism and divine enlightenment.
The concept of Lucifer as the “light-bearer” for the purpose of “enlightenment” is also inspired by ancient Egyptian mythology, Roman mythology, Greek mythology, Gnosticism and Western occultism, with a primary focus of the realization of “esoteric” or intuitive knowledge, while being attributed as the true way to salvation of the soul from the impure material world and eventual goal of ascension to the “divine being”. Likewise, although the name itself or similar terminology of “Lucifer” is not used, this is also the fundamental spiritual belief and foundational premise for most all “Eastern” religions, such as Buddhism, Hinduism, Taoism, etc.
Another example, would be in the Mormon religion (Church of Latter Day Saints), Lucifer is even considered to be the “brother” of their “Jesus Christ” (as “Sons of God”) or an equal counterpart to him. His ideas were rejected, in the debate over how mankind should be dealt with, which thus resulted in a “civil war” and his expulsion from Heaven. Thus the concept of Lucifer as a divine “thinker”, an intellectual or as a conveyor of knowledge for purpose of “enlightenment” then also holds true.

Luciferian Witchcraft
(According to the ‘Witch of Forest Grove’ – Sarah Lawless) Luciferian Witchcraft is not “left-hand path” witchcraft, it is not dark Gothic witchcraft, and it is not Satanism or Goetia. Essentially it is the cult of Lucifer, who is a deity of intelligence, knowledge, wisdom, fire, and divine inspiration. Lucifer betrayed god and gifted mankind with awareness and knowledge.
It has its fingers in many pies; it has influenced Masonry, Christianity, Judaism, Hermeticism, Gnosticism, Zoroastrianism, Enochian magic, Wicca, as well as both ancient and modern witchcraft. Ties to Luciferianism can also be found in the largest ancient pagan religions – those of Greece, Egypt, and Assyria – and also to the religions of the Proto-Indo Europeans.
There are many Witchcraft traditions that incorporate aspects and beliefs of Luciferianism into their practice. Anyone can choose to be a Luciferian Witch, you may have been one all along and not realized it.

WICCA

Wicca is a nature-based religion, also simply known as “Pagan Witchcraft” and is basically a pagan-based (natural world) religious movement. Its adherents are referred to as ‘Wiccans’, though the terms “witches” or “crafters” are also sometimes used. This form of Paganism was initially revitalized in England in the first half of the 20th century.
Wicca is typically a duo-theistic religion, worshiping primarily a goddess and a god. These two deities are often viewed as being facets of a greater pantheistic godhead, which may also include manifestations of other nature-based spirits and deities. Their practices involve the ritual use of magic, largely influenced by the ceremonial magic of previous centuries.
Another characteristic of Wicca is the celebration of seasonally-based festivals (or ‘Sabbats’) similar to the Celtic ‘Druids’. There are a vast variety of theological positions within Wicca that can range between anything from monotheism to atheism. The icons and symbols used in Wicca may be any of those typically found associated with the occult and likewise include the 5-pointed star of the pentagram.

Pagan Practices in Mainstream Religions
“Thou shalt have no other gods before me… Thou shalt not bow down thyself to them, nor serve them: for I the LORD thy God am a jealous God…” (Exodus 20:3-5 KJV)
It should be understood that most of the pagan belief system is simply built around observing nature and cycles in the natural environment. However, it is in the practice of “honoring” nature in this way that makes it go against God’s laws and Holy Scripture. Most of these festivals are built around the lunar cycles and the lunar calendar because many cultures studied it intently with regard to the changing seasons of the year and as a result, held a great respect and awe for the moon. This connection with the moon however is also entirely rooted in pagan worship as it represented traditional major deities from these beliefs. Many cultures and modern-day religions still hold remnants from these ancestral roots in pagan tradition.

Holy HALLOWEEN Batman! …What Kind of Masquerade is Really Going on Out There?
The various cultures from the Middle East also observe similar origins in pagan polytheistic beliefs going back to the dawn of humanity and the cradle of civilization in ancient Mesopotamia (Babylon). Many of their deities required animal (or even human) sacrifices and had connections with evil spirits, death and the ‘Underworld’.
Even with the modern-day monotheistic beliefs of Zoroastrianism and Islam, they acknowledge the existence of supernatural creatures from Arab folklore that occupy a parallel world to that of mankind. Some scholars attempt to draw similarities between these and the “angels” mentioned in traditional Judaeo-Christian beliefs. However, angels are servants of God (unless “fallen angels”) and do not encourage worship.
“For they are spirits of demons, performing signs, which go out to the kings of the earth and of the whole world…” (Revelation 16:14 NKJ)
Islamic Icon
The beings from Arab myth are believed to have assisted “the creator” with the creation process at the beginning of time. Like human beings, these supernatural beings could be good, evil, or neutrally benevolent. The ‘Yazata’ of Zoroastrianism for example, are considered to be a class of divine entities whose name literally means “bounteous immortal” and “worthy of worship”. The ‘Jinn’ (“Genies”) of Islam are likewise said to be powerful beings with free will, one of which called ‘Saytan’ (Satan) was reportedly expelled from Paradise for disobeying Allah. It is interesting however that the icon for the Islamic faith contains both the crescent moon (moon-god) and the “morning star” (Lucifer).

The eastern cultures of the Asian nations are also deeply rooted in paganism.
Buddhism – is a religion and philosophy encompassing a variety of traditions, beliefs and practices, largely based on teachings attributed to Siddhartha Gautama (the “Buddha” or “awakened one”). ‘Karma’ is the force in Buddhism that drives the cycle of life, suffering and subsequent rebirth of every being (“reincarnation”). Good, skillful deeds and bad, unskillful actions, produce “seeds” in the mind which come to fruition either in this life or the next incarnation of that person’s being. Reincarnation refers to the process whereby each being goes through a succession of lifetimes, as one of many possible forms of sentient life. This is for the purpose of taking steps to eventually reaching “total enlightenment” and a “oneness with the universe”, whereas an understanding of the universal divine mind makes it possible to become one with him in “Nirvana” (Heaven). Many of the “New Age” schools of thought that have taken hold in the western world today have roots in this same system of religion and philosophy.
Hinduism – is often called the “oldest living religion” in the world and is the predominant and indigenous religious tradition of the Indian subcontinent. It is formed of diverse traditions and includes a wide spectrum of laws for daily living based on the notions of ‘karma’ (cause and effect), ‘dharma’ (the natural order of things), and the norms of their society.

Hinduism grants a great degree of freedom for belief and worship as it is a polytheistic religion where there is the acknowledgement and worship of an entire pantheon of multiple deities and demigods. One such deity worth pointing out is Shiva, meaning “auspicious one” (promising success and fortune). Shiva is a major Hindu deity and is the “destroyer god” or transformer among the Hindu Trinity of the primary divine aspects. He is aware of everything that happens in the world and brings the “light” of all knowledge (i.e. similar to ‘Lucifer’). Shiva is also the main aspect of life and has authority over death, the afterlife, rebirth and immortality. Scholars point out similarities here to ‘Apollyon’ (Greek) or ‘Abaddon’ (Hebrew-biblical), identified as the “Angel of Death” and destruction, the king of the Abyss and ‘Underworld’ hierarchy (Revelation 9:1-11).
The concept of heresy is also absent within the scope of the Hindu religion itself. Outside or “non-eastern” religions and beliefs however, are treated as a threat to their philosophy of faith, as evidenced by the increasing amount of horrific persecutions that many Christians are subjected to by Hindu extremists these days.
In both Buddhism and Hinduism, patrons seek revelation from the “universally transcendental” mind of god. The chanting of the mystical word ‘Aum’ (or ‘Om’), which represents the “unity of all things”, is said to help awaken forces in the spiritual realm for this purpose.
COEXISTENCE with CULTS
Current campaigns for world peace and coexistence include the acceptance of people who practice a variety of other religions, including witchcraft and other various forms of Paganism.

These groups are not just promoting a universal coexistence of the more orthodox faiths and religions of the world for the purpose of harmonizing on common ground. To be properly in accord with all “political correctness” they are also suggesting not only a practice of tolerance, but in complete acceptance of the more “New Age” movements and other alternative beliefs. Likewise, even the most extreme belief systems; such as those who practice witchcraft, observe Paganism, Luciferianism, Satanism, and other occult practices, are to be viewed as acceptable “religions” and behaviors?

It does not matter how you attempt to rationalize all the different belief systems or adapt the multitude of religious traditions and spiritual practices into a universal approach to God, there is only ONE GOD and ONE TRUTH about Him! Likewise, no matter how you try and sugar-coat it, any belief or practice which compromises this truth, goes against the very being of God himself.
The SIGNS of the AGE

“It was the same in the days of Lot. People were eating and drinking, buying and selling, planting and building. But the day Lot left Sodom, fire and sulfur rained down from heaven and destroyed them all.” (Luke 17:1,26-29 NKJ)
What were the days like before the great flood or prior to the destruction of Sodom?
“Then the LORD saw that the wickedness of man was great in the earth, and that every intent of the thoughts of his heart was only evil continually.” (Genesis 6:5 NKJ)
“But the men of Sodom were exceedingly wicked and sinful against the LORD.” (Genesis 13:13 NKJ)
These prophecies were given to foretell of a time where much of humanity will have slipped into a high level of selfishness, decadence and wickedness (as in “Noah’s days”), while society itself having declined to a state of immorality and commonplace perversion (like Sodom and hence the origin of the term “sodomy” – Genesis 19:5).
It also tells us that the rest of the world will be carrying on “as usual”, doing their normal work, performing routines, and living out their daily lives, but being mostly oblivious to the corruption that has gradually infiltrated society and now completely surrounds everyone.
“…because I have seen that you are righteous before Me in this generation.” (Genesis 7:1 NKJ)
For the last 500 years or so, many factions of the Christian church have taught that the Holy Spirit had, in a sense “retired” and was not performing works and miracles anymore, or was quite simply not a unique aspect of God (‘Unitarianism’ for example). Some denominations and schools of theological thought, still teach doctrine that reflects a diminished or even absent role for the supernatural qualities of the Holy Spirit and the miracles that are (or can be) performed through Him (such as in ‘Rationalism’ and ‘Modernistic Deism’).
More recently in the early to mid 1900s, there has been a resurgence in the belief of the “indwelling” of the Holy Spirit (Romans 8:26-27; John 14:26; John 15:26; John 20:22; Acts 1:8) and the manifestation of “Spiritual Gifts” (Acts 2:38; Acts 10:45; I Corinthians 12:1; I Corinthians 12:27-31; Ephesians 4:11-16; Hebrews 2:4) as described in scripture.
As we draw nearer to the “End of the Age”, what we are seeing occur is a vast worldwide revival within Christianity as it was established by the Church of the New Covenant through the ministry of Jesus Christ.
“And this gospel of the kingdom shall be preached in all the world for a witness unto all nations; and then shall the end come.” (Matthew 24:14 KJV)
There are many well written books based on the gifts and empowerment of the Holy Spirit today. An increased reawakening to these beliefs and practices by the churches is happening. We are now seeing a “quickening” going on within the “Body of Christ” at this point in our biblical history. Faithful believers are anticipating and experiencing a growing surge of movement from the Holy Spirit and His powerful indwelling. Many of the evangelical-based reform theologies that are more Christ-oriented versus cause or works-based beliefs, are now blossoming and give direct testimony to this occurring. This is not just a physical revival but a true spiritual resurgence that will continue to grow stronger with the “outpouring” as we draw nearer to the “End of the Age” (Isaiah 32:15; Joel 2:28-29; Zechariah 10:1; Zechariah 12:9-10; Mark 13:11; Luke 12:11-12; Acts 2:33; James 5:7).
“And it shall come to pass in the last days, says God, That I will pour out of My Spirit on all flesh; Your sons and your daughters shall prophesy, Your young men shall see visions, Your old men shall dream dreams. And on My menservants and on My maidservants I will pour out My Spirit in those days; And they shall prophesy.” (Acts 2:17-18 NKJ)
This verse is talking about a mighty infusion. It signifies something unusual, mighty and glorious!
The Latter Rain
The church has always had grace and supplication. It has now seen almost 2,000 years of sowing and growing – and it’s harvest time! The Lord has been waiting patiently for His final, mighty harvest of the earth!
When the Spirit’s latter rain comes, we are going to witness an even greater grace. God is going to pour out on us a spirit of grace that will establish us in the truth of our justification. The Lord will have a secure people who never doubt their salvation!
God is also going to pour out His Spirit upon the Jews in the last hour. There will be a revelation of Jesus Christ to Israel and to all Jews. Right now, the Holy Spirit is doing just that in Israel. Multitudes of Jews gather at the Wailing Wall, weeping for their Messiah to come.
Under this outpouring, the Spirit will move on ministers worldwide who have been lukewarm, in compromise. God will smite these men with the conviction of His grace. The Spirit will show them, “The world is coming apart, and soon you will stand before Me. So you’d better start speaking to the hearts of these people. You’d better have My anointing when you stand in the pulpit!”

The Outpouring of a Different Kind (the Unholy Spirits)
Likewise, if there is an outpouring of the Holy Spirit, then the forces of darkness will be ramping themselves up accordingly for the escalation of spiritual warfare that is now taking place. Most of these things transpire without our knowledge in the invisible relam of the spirit world, but that is exactly what we are experiencing in these times! The information being disclosed in these reports gives us the overwhelming evidence and confirmation for what we are seeing occur in the world today.

Many rock concerts and music videos reflect an open worship of the Devil, hell and death. With today’s modern marketing techniques and sophisticated commercial delivery methods, this has become a worldwide campaign that reaches a receptively ripe and impressionable audience of literally hundreds of millions of young people as well as adults. Downloadable media and “off-the shelf” packaging now comes in complete “kits” with all the symbols, detailed instructions and liturgical documentation, with full descriptions of the various ritualistic practices in many of the occult observances for Paganism or Satanism. Millions of young people today have been caught up in the evil sway and influences of this pop-culture phenomena.

The American school system “departed from the faith” back in 1963, when the Bible and prayer were officially banned from U.S. public schools and other government-funded learning institutions. Now literally thousands of these same schools have course offerings that teach accredited classes based in “the doctrines of devils” (1 Timothy 4:1) – the occult and Satanism!
Central to Satan’s goals is the widespread acceptance of the supernatural, including the occult, on the part of North Americans, accompanied by a great revival of spiritism all over the world.
Over the last 30 or so years, the occult has moved into the mainstream of America – in television, movies, magazines, business, and various aspects of daily life. Movies, books, magazines and encyclopedias of the supernatural have abounded.
The trend that we see changing with the curriculum currently found in many U.S. public schools today, has conveniently become a primer in spiritism and the occult.
‘Impressions’ is a study guide now used in many American school districts, which shows teachers and students how to cast spells. One teacher’s manual instructs:
“Tell the children that a magician has cast a spell on some children. Have them work in pairs to write the magic spell the magician used. Have each pair write another spell to reverse the first spell. Have them chant their spells.”
About 16,000 school districts use the ‘Pumsey the Dragon’ curriculum, by Jill Anderson. Many of the relaxation techniques used are identical to those found in hypnosis. Another curriculum called ‘Duso the Dolphin’ employs eastern meditation and relaxation techniques that send hypnotized youngsters off on guided fantasies to a mystical place called “Aquatron”.

Satanism (and Luciferianism) has become an issue of great concern for our society. It is not just a big city problem. The news wires carry story after story about young children being kidnapped, only to be found later as victims of some bizarre ritualistic crime. To help us gain a balanced perspective of the subject, C. S. Lewis in his book ‘Screwtape Letters’, says this about Satanism:
“There are two equal and opposite errors into which our race can fall about the devils. One is to disbelieve in their existence. The other is to believe and to feel an unhealthy interest in them. They themselves are equally pleased by both errors and hail a materialist or a magician with the same delight.”
As satanic involvement among our youth increases, we begin to see the primary goal of such activity. It has become clear, according to the data thus far analyzed by those who investigate satanic involvement, that the primary goal is to alter people’s values and turn them against themselves, their beliefs, family, God, and society.
Young satanists believe the strong will rule with Satan. Once an individual becomes involved, they often make a pact with Satan. They commit themselves to a future date when they will take their own lives by suicide. They believe if they submit themselves to Satan in death, they will come back in another life as a stronger being and rule with him forever. According to recent statistics, fourteen young people a day take their own lives.
According to one former occultist, the greatest lure into the occult is “power” and “knowledge.” Not just corporate power but personal power. Gaining knowledge that others do not possess is another aspect of the occult. When an individuals have more knowledge it affords them a degree of power over those who do not have access to that knowledge.
Likewise, Satanism offers its lure to the youth in our society. Drugs and sex have become the bait that so often ensnare the unsuspecting.

Satan has used a number of tools over the centuries to ensnare the naive. The Ouija Board has proven to be particularly useful. According to the ‘Dictionary of Mysticism’ the Ouija Board is “an instrument for communication with the spirits of the dead.” The Ouija Board is an open door into the world of the occult and demonic activity. Disembodied spirits speak to the living through the medium of the Ouija Board. This information is believed to be truth from the other side and is not recognized for what it really is: Lucifer’s deception for gaining our allegiance.

Video Games and VR (virtual reality) Role-Playing are one of the fastest growing modern-day entrapments of the adversary. The enthralling craze surrounding Internet-based MORPMG’s (Massively Multiplayer Online Role-Playing Games) has catapulted with the advent of booming new computer technologies and increasingly faster growing connection speeds on the world wide web. This industry is soon projected to even surpass the numbers that are generated by online pornography (which are staggering enough on their own).
The obsession that is fostered by these games is what many people with a computer are now addicted to. When deeply involved in this type of gameplay, time can fly by without little notice of things going on in “RL” (the “real life” world) as countless hours (and days) are irrevocably wasted away inside of these virtual environments. These games promote similar agendas of crime, war, death and destruction, while representing a whole other arena or “new generation” of games and fantasy role-playing that now contribute to the theme of virtual and “RL” masquerades. Entire computer game conferences and player fan fare conventions are designed revolving around this newer tech industry. Unfortunately, these recreational devices are literally sucking people’s lives into a “vitual abyss” of demonic enslavement.
“The light of a lamp shall not shine in you anymore, and the voice of bridegroom and bride shall not be heard in you anymore. For your merchants were the great men of the earth, for by your sorcery all the nations were deceived.” (Revelation 18:23 NKJ)
ASTROLOGY and TECHNOLOGY of the DEVIL
Parapsychologists, astrologers, theologians, and others who seek anomalies to guide them to transpersonal wisdom and insight into the true nature of the universe, are now able to use computers to do extremely complex statistical analyses of monumental masses of data. When they find a statistically significant correlation between or among variables, they are extremely impressed and consider the discovery to be proof of the occult or the supernatural.
For example, William Dembski’s ‘The Design Inference: Eliminating Chance through Small Probabilities’ is said to:
“provide a mathematical foundation for the types of statistical inferences parapsychologists use to identify paranormal phenomena”. In particular, the book shows how to deal with statistical experiments whose p-values are extremely small (like those that regularly come up in parapsychology experiments). According to Dr. Ravi M. Gupta (notable Vaishnava scholar) “This work is clearly relevant to Carl Jung’s idea of synchronicity. [It] promises to put synchronicity on a solid scientific footing”.
Legions of other parapsychologists, led by such prominent people in their field as Gary Schwartz and Dean Radin (and their love of metaphysical-analysis), have also appealed to using statistical anomalies as proof of ESP and other psychic phenomena.
It was not long ago that astrologers were also claiming that Michel Gauquelin had found the astrobiological Holy Grail with his statistics showing the so-called “Mars effect.” More recently, millionaire playboy Gunter Sachs published Die Akte Astrologie, which uses insurance company data analyzed by professors of statistics at the University of Munich to prove astrological predictions are true. Computers and experts in the field of Numerology are now even using mathematical equations to solve other esoteric mysteries such as the ‘Bible Code’, whereas hidden clues may be found in ancient texts that supposedly reveal the foreknowledge of events and other prophecy.

Let’s not forget to mention the secretive ‘Web Bot Project’ created by Clif High and his associate George Ure, which is an Internet bot software program that uses sophisticated algorithms to scry on and track keywords entered across the entire Internet. It was originally created in 1997 and was used successfully to forecast various stock market trends but has since been used for other astrological-type predictions as well. Ure and High hypothesized that changes in communicated language preceded changes in behavior.
As a result of this system, they have claimed that the program is also able to predict future events by examining the information being listed in Internet chatter from news articles, blogs, and various other sources of open public communication. The Web Bot is said to have predicted several events prior to them occurring, most notably the September 11, 2001 attacks on the World Trade Center and the 2003 Northeastern United States blackout.

GOETIA
Goetia (Greek: “sorcery”) – refers to a practice which includes the invocation of angels or the evocation of demons. During the Renaissance, ‘Goeteia’ (Latinized) was sometimes contrasted with ‘magia’ as black (evil) vs. white magic, or with theurgy as “low” vs. “high” magic. Usage of the term in English largely derives from the 17th century grimoire ‘The Lesser Key of Solomon’. It contains descriptions of the evocation of seventy-two demons, famously edited by Aleister Crowley in 1904 as ‘The Book of the Goetia of Solomon the King’. Goetic Theurgy, another practice described in these books, is used to invoke aerial spirits.
“Dear friends, do not believe every spirit, but test the spirits to see whether they are from God, because many false prophets have gone out into the world… They are from the world and therefore speak from the viewpoint of the world, and the world listens to them.” (1 John 4:1,5 NIV)
KABALLISM
Kaballism (Kabbalah/Kabala/Cabala) – is the practice and use of a set of scriptures that exist outside the traditional Jewish texts and is a discipline or school of thought concerned with the esoteric aspects of Rabbinic Judaism. The teachings are thus held by Kabbalists as defining the inner meaning of both the TaNaKh (Hebrew Bible) and traditional rabbinic literature. They are meant to explain the relationship between an eternal and mysterious Creator and the mortal and finite universe (His creation). The Kabbalah seeks to define the nature of the universe and the human being, the nature and purpose of existence, and various other philosophical questions pertaining to the same.
The Kabbalah also presents methods which aid in the understanding of these concepts and thereby help to attain spiritual realization. This branch of the Jewish mystical tradition also involves the use of magic. Kaballism is considered as permissible “White Magic” by its practitioners and was originally reserved for the elite, who could potentially separate its spiritual source from realms of evil if the practices were performed in holiness and purity. Its teachings include the use of Divine and angelic names for amulets and incantations.

Most people do not Knowingly go towards worshiping Lucifer (or Satan), so those who end up doing so essentially have to be tricked into the practice by some sort of deceptive process. Theosophy (spiritual philosophy) spends a great deal of time with the Kabbalah, because the texts used are represented as being about Jewish history and philosophy. The premise of those who study the Kabbalah is that they are reading an ancient series of books, usually containing hidden or esoteric knowledge about the Hebrew Bible and the Universe itself.
The practice of Kaballism claims to be based on Jewish Mysticism specifically as it applies to Hebrew spirituality and derived from the Old Testament and rabbinic texts. The system of the Kabbalah is actually based on a series of visions that were delivered in a trance as revelations from the God (similar to the visions that the Islamic prophet Muhammad received – thus giving him the Qur’an). Therefore the authors of the Kabbalah were spiritualists. To Christians, this should be raising all kinds of alarm bells! In other words, this is the same as the occult.

Ritual Abuse in Satanic Cults?

The Passantinos did extensive research into this phenomena during the 1990s and concluded that MOST of the incidents cited of alleged (SRA) “Satanic Ritual Abuse”, were either inconclusive or contained erroneous facts and implications.
There are literally thousands of horrifying stories circulating throughout the nation and abroad. Some true believers in this phenomenon say there are more than 100,000 “adult survivors” who have entered therapy and “remembered” these horrible abuses. These terrifying accounts are tied to the current public concern about stranger abduction of children, said by true believers to number in the thousands annually. True believers provide unconditional support to alleged adult survivors whose therapeutically recovered “memories” typically indict their elderly parents for heinous crimes including murder, cannibalism, sexual torture, incest, and bestiality. If it is true, such reactions are to be expected. If it is not true then families are being destroyed, truth is being ignored, biblical standards of evidence and testimony are being thrown away, “survivors” are being trapped in long term destructive therapeutic situations, and Satan is getting more credit than he is due.
In this article we move beyond the sensationalism and emotionalism to take a serious look at satanic ritual abuse (SRA) stories.
The Passantino’s concluded that:
“There are alternate hypotheses that more reasonably explain the social, professional, and personal dynamics reflected in this contemporary satanic panic. The tragedy of broken families, traumatized children, and emotionally incapacitated adults is needless and destructive. Careful investigation of the stories, the alleged victims, and the proponents has given us every reason to reject the satanic conspiracy model in favor of reason and truth.”

*BUT – If only a fraction (01%) of these alleged incidents are true – Then at the lowest end of the scale, it would still equate to the following figures:
100,000+ “adult survivors” to date = at least 1000+ adults that have actually survived legitimate incidents of “Ritual Abuse” (and what about the unreported “non-survivors”?).
1000s of cases occur annually = at least 10 of the (reported) cases each year ARE TRUE.
There have been former occult practitioners that have come forward and disclosed that ritual sacrifices are commonplace and accepted norms. There are others who have stated that more bizarre practices are also performed regularly by these groups. Even though the conspiracy theorists have had a field day with these type of alleged incidents, there still must be some fraction of truth hidden beneath all of these reports (and what about incidents that HAVE NOT been reported).
We should definitely not give in to the sensationalism of rumors and undocumented claims – but being mindful of our surroundings and wary of what might really be going on with the occult in our world today, is still sound advice none-the-less.
The Occult Roots of Abortion
On August 4, 1992, two employees of Aware Woman abortion clinic, Veronica Jordan and Rebecca Morris, registered a non-profit religious corporation known as the Wiccan Religious Cooperative of Florida (WRCF). The stated purpose of the WRCF is to provide an umbrella organization for witch covens throughout the state of Florida. The incorporation papers list two abortion clinic employees as directors of the Wiccan organization.
Shortly after the Wiccan Religious Cooperative of Florida was founded, Carol Ebbing, another Aware Woman abortion clinic employee ordered this book entitled: The Sacrament of Abortion.
The book, authored by a Ginnette Paris, a witch in France, presents abortion as “a sacred act.” Paris calls abortion: “a sacrifice to Artemis, who refuses to give life if the gift is not pure” (that is innocent or preborn life).
The January 1993 issue of the Wiccan Open Circle newsletter described the founding of the Wiccan Religious Cooperative of Florida: “A year ago the dream of an umbrella group under which many covens would function and be committed to peace and harmony ‘For The Good Of All,’ was just that, a dream. But now it is a reality and a very, very big part of the lives of many people.”
As we view the ties between occult religion and the abortion industry, the conclusion will become obvious. The promotion of abortion is not just a political and social issue; it is part of a religious and spiritual agenda the religion of witchcraft and child sacrifice.

Even though everything we have discussed and shown thus far seems to depict a tragic and fateful end for our world, that is actually NOT THE CASE! The state of humanity’s existence does not end in chaos or complete destruction at this time. Nor will these events leave the whole world in a panicked state of confusion, always to be frustrated in futile attempts trying to achieve a Utopian existence. The “Great Tribulation” period is only for a few short years and is merely a transitional period at end of an age. A NEW AGE IS COMING immediately thereafter!
“SEE THAT YOU ARE NOT TROUBLED;
for all these things must come to pass, but the end is not yet.”

This is probably the most accurate representation of the entire “Great Tribulation” event. “Birth pains” are very discomforting and often quite painful. A new birth involves “labor” which is an extremely strenuous and exhausting process (ask any woman who has endured this). The end result however, is “relief” from this labor and suffering because a “new life” is then born!
That is exactly what will transpire in this world. We are in the final chapter of an old and worn out age of civilization. A grand and glorious new age lies directly ahead for those of us that endure and have accepted the Lord God.
“These are they who have come out of the great tribulation; they have washed their robes and made them white in the blood of the Lamb. Therefore, they are before the throne of God and serve him day and night in his temple; and he who sits on the throne will spread his tent over them. Never again will they hunger; never again will they thirst. The sun will not beat upon them, nor any scorching heat. For the Lamb at the center of the throne will be their shepherd; he will lead them to springs of living water. And God will wipe away every tear from their eyes.” (Revelation 7:14-17 NIV)
THIS IS THE MOST IMPORTANT ASPECT OF ALL THESE PROPHECIES
Therefore, these sometimes frightening words of prophecy are really a harbinger of hope to those who are searching for God today. It is through our belief that Christ died for our sins (John 3:16) and faith in His second coming (1 Thessalonians 4:14-18), that we are all “saved” and will enter into the coming Kingdom of Heaven along with Him.
“For the grace of God has appeared that offers SALVATION TO ALL PEOPLE. It teaches us to say ‘No’; to ungodliness and worldly passions, and to live self-controlled, upright and godly lives in this present age, while we wait for the blessed hope – the appearing of the glory of our great God and Savior, Jesus Christ.” (Titus 2:11–13 NIV)
“He who testifies to these things says, ‘Surely I am coming quickly.’ Amen. Even so, come, Lord Jesus! The grace of our Lord Jesus Christ be with you all. Amen.” (Revelation 22:20-21)
